IVN Consultancy and Service Private Limited (ICASPL) provides customized real estate lead-generation services based on individual customer requirements. Due to the nature of these services, payments are generally non-refundable once lead generation, processing, verification, or filtering has commenced.

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

The requested service cannot be delivered due to an issue within ICASPL’s reasonable control.
The customer cancels the order before lead generation or processing begins.
A duplicate payment is made and verified.
ICASPL expressly approves a refund in writing.
Refunds will generally not be provided because a lead does not result in a sale, appointment, response, transaction, or other expected business outcome.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
